How da heck did you get scouted? (not in the offensive way, i just wanted to know HOW), and, does that mean that you can put your music in GD?

So when I released my fourth song, @NebuloreMusic was kind enough to scout me, so now I'm not an "Unscouted Artist". There's a whole section in the audio portal for them.
And no, it doesn't mean that I can put my stuff in GD yet. I believe that you have to be verified by RobTop himself. As far as I know, that hasn't happened for me yet.
